Norn had posted only its 2026/27 opening prices by 11 October 2026; the regular table still carried 2025/26 dates. In that table elementary children paid ¥4,000, seniors from 55 ¥5,300 and riders over 70 ¥4,700, and a 4-hour ticket cost ¥5,800. Preschoolers ride free. Weekend and holiday parking costs ¥1,000 from 30 December 2026 to 14 March 2027 and is free after 13:00.

- Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo to Jomo-Kogen, then Norn's free booked shuttle in about 30 minutes. From the Joetsu line's Minakami station a free walk-on shuttle takes about 20 minutes.

Car parks 1 to 3 sit two to five minutes' walk from the centre house, and an in-resort bus serves car parks 4 to 7.
Norn Minakami sits 3 km from the Minakami interchange on the Kan-etsu Expressway, which makes it the quickest resort in the valley to reach by car. It is a small hill of five courses on four chairlifts between 820 m and 1,220 m. The longest line links the C and D courses for 2 km.
From 8 January to 21 March 2027 the lifts run until 22:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and parking is free for those sessions. The A course holds the only steep pitch at 30 degrees, and the rest suits beginners and cruising intermediates.
Riders without a car have two free shuttles. A booked bus meets the Shinkansen at Jomo-Kogen, about 30 minutes away, and a walk-on bus runs from Minakami station in about 20 minutes.
Worth knowing
- Book the Jomo-Kogen shuttle by 15:00 the day before, because it runs only for booked times.
- Come after 13:00 on a weekend and the parking is free.
- Norn needs skis or a board on your feet to ride the lifts, so sleds belong in the paid Snowland area.
