Ryokan Tanigawa
The inn sits right under Tanigawa-dake in Tanigawa Onsen and draws four springs of its own, Fudo, Fujin, Minegishi and Yakushi, all clear alkaline simple water at different temperatures. They run straight into a cypress indoor bath and a rock-built outdoor pool, and men and women swap sides at 19:00. Guests can bathe from check-in until 10:30 the next morning.
