Little Rabbit
リトルラビット40°00′ N 140°58′ ECafe¥¥
Little Rabbit suits APPI skiers who want coffee before first chair and a craft beer in the base resort centre once the lifts slow, and the trade-off is that it stays open into the evening only on weekends and night-skiing days.
What to order
- A craft beer or hot wine after the lifts close
- Mont Blanc soft serve, finished in front of you with APPI Kogen milk
Little Rabbit is the café and restaurant in the APPI Resort Center at the foot of the main slopes, with a wooden floor and plenty of tables. APPI runs it directly and pours Costa Coffee from 08:30. On the 2025/26 winter menu a wagyu menchi-katsu burger cost ¥1,600, and a wagyu sirloin plate topped the list at ¥3,800. Poke bowls and a daily curry filled the space between.
Four craft beers sold for ¥1,200 each that winter, with Baeren Classic at ¥1,000 and hot red wine at ¥800. From 20 December to 22 March the shop stayed open until 17:30 on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, and on nights when APPI ran its illuminated night skiing, it served dinner until 21:00, so you can eat here without leaving the base.
Worth knowing
- APPI had not posted its 2026/27 winter hours by October 2026, so check the Food & Shop page before you plan dinner here.
- BLACK pass holders can order from Little Rabbit in their own lounge, with a 10% service charge.
