BeerHouse Matatabi suits NEKOMA skiers based at the South Area who want a drink straight off the slopes without driving anywhere, and the trade-off is a run of about eight weeks in the heart of winter.

From 16:00 the Bandai Shokudo canteen in the South Area's resort centre turns into a beer house, with drinks and light snacks and no booking needed. NEKOMA pitches it as après for skiers and as a dinner stop for people staying nearby, including guests at the new BunkLodge NEKOMA at the South base. The counter is on the first floor of Resort Center WEST, with seating upstairs on the second.
By day the same room serves curry and a Bandai sauce katsu-don that dips the pork cutlet in a sweet and savoury sauce, as Aizu does. Lunch runs from 12 December 2026 to 4 April 2027, with last orders at 14:00 on weekdays and 14:30 on weekends and holidays.
