Children from 3 to the end of junior high pay ¥3,500 a day and ¥3,000 at night. A half-day ticket costs ¥5,100, or ¥3,900 on weekdays with the LINE discount. Riders aged 19 to 22 get two free day tickets a season through LINE. The season pass works at Okukannabe too and costs ¥55,000, or ¥45,000 in the early-bird sale. Parking costs ¥1,500 a car and is free on weekdays and at night.

- JR limited express Kounotori from Osaka to Ebara takes about 2 hours 25 minutes and costs ¥5,810 with a reserved seat on Yahoo's route search for 10 November 2026. Change to the Zentan bus on the Kannabe Kogen line.
The nearest station is Ebara, 35 minutes from the first lift. Zentan bus, about 25 to 35 minutes, then a five-minute walk to the Central rental shop.
Up Kannabe lies on the slopes of Kannabe-yama, a small volcano on the Kannabe Kogen plateau in Toyooka. The plateau has skied since the 1920s, and Japanese Wikipedia calls it the oldest ski area in western Japan. Today three resorts share it, and Up Kannabe sits closest to the expressway: 11 km and about 15 minutes from Hidaka-Kannabe-Kogen IC.
Uenodaira is one of the gentlest slopes in Japan, averaging 7 degrees, and a 150 m covered moving walkway called Super Kidsway carries children up it. The 680 m Central course is wide enough for a whole family to spread out under the fast quad. Kita-kabe is the one steep run, fast and flat when groomed, with ungroomed snow on mornings after a snowfall.
Night riding runs from 18:00 to 21:30 on Saturdays under lights on Central and Miyanomori, with two extra nights over New Year. The day-use onsen Yutorogi stands by the Michi-no-eki Kannabe Kogen, and the Zentan bus from Ebara stops at its door.
Worth knowing
- Show a same-day lift ticket at Yutorogi and the bath costs ¥700 for adults instead of ¥800. It opens at 13:00 on weekdays and 12:00 at weekends, until 21:00.
- Add the resort on LINE before a weekday visit; the day ticket drops to ¥4,500.
- If the expressway backs up near Hidaka, the resort suggests leaving at Wadayama IC and taking Route 9.
