The water is a clear, odourless simple spring, open 14:00 to midnight and again from 5:00 to 11:00.
The sauna is on the men's side only, a small one for one or two people with no cold plunge. A free shuttle runs the six minutes from Izukyu-Shimoda Station. Drivers from Tokyo should allow about 1 hour 40 minutes from the Numazu interchange, the hotel says.
Plan around two closures. The whole hotel shuts from 18 to 23 October 2026 for legal inspections, and again from 18 to 21 January 2027.
