Ichiniisan calls itself a Kagoshima black pork specialist and says it was the first to serve kurobuta shabu-shabu in soba broth. The Amu Plaza branch, five floors above Kagoshima-Chuo Station, is on the producers' council list of designated kurobuta restaurants.
Beyond pork the menu carries Kagoshima beef, kibinago sardine sashimi and satsuma-age fish cakes, and it stays open until 22:00 every day except New Year.
