Grand Table suits groups who want beer brewed in the room and a big grilled dinner after a day round Gotemba, and the trade-off is a 400-seat hall you share with a crowd.

Gotemba Kogen Beer brews with Fuji spring water and German methods inside the Tokinosumika resort, and the brewing kettles stand in view of the tables. The kitchen grills steaks and spare ribs in an open kitchen and bakes Neapolitan pizza in a wood oven. The autumn 2026 menu runs a mushroom theme from 17 September, with half a rack of the big spare ribs at ¥2,680.
A house band plays on Friday at 18:30 and Sunday at 18:00, two sets each night. Weekday lunch got a new menu in March 2026 with more pasta, pizza and hamburg steak. Free shuttle buses run from JR Mishima and Gotemba stations, which leaves the driving out of the evening.
