Yoro Railway carries whole bikes free on every train at weekends and on midday weekday trains, and it suits riders crossing from the Nagoya side at Kuwana toward Ogaki and the Ibi valley. The weekday window runs only from about 09:00 to 15:00.

Yoro Railway is its own company, separate from Kintetsu, and runs the Yoro Line from Kuwana in Mie north to Ogaki and Ibi in Gifu. Its cycle train costs nothing beyond the fare. At weekends and on holidays every train takes bikes; on other weekdays the marked trains from about 09:00 to 15:00 do.
Ride in the second car from the front, one bike per ticket, and look for the round bike headmark on the train. Groups of 10 or more check with the station first. Kuwana to Ogaki costs ¥830 for an adult, and the line also hires out bikes at Tado, Komano, Yoro, Nishi-Ogaki, Ibi and Hirogodo.
