Red Fox Lodge

Red Fox is a renovated family lodge in Suginosawa at the foot of Myoko Suginohara. The resort's 8.5-kilometre run is the longest in Japan by the lodge's account, and the lodge calls itself ski-in and ski-out with the lift a few metres away.
Myoko Tourism lists 20 rooms, from family rooms for four to six to bunk rooms for two or three. There is a kids' games room, a shared laundry and a lounge with a fireplace.
The Den downstairs pours barista coffee and serves burgers, and it is one of very few evening options in the village. The lodge also arranges private lessons and guiding.
