The company has guided overseas visitors around Hida since 2010 from a desk on Ninomachi street in Hida-Furukawa. Its signature ride covers 22 km of farm roads in about three and a half hours, with a stop at a local market and at springs where the water is free to drink.
Group rides cost ¥14,300 a person in 2026, or ¥15,400 in peak weeks, and take two to eight riders on brightly painted Louis Garneau mountain bikes. Riders need to be comfortable on a bike, and families with small children take the 2.5-hour route.
In winter the guides switch to snowshoe walks in the frozen forest outside town, from 6 January to 23 February 2027. The company also runs the Nino-machi and Tono-machi guest houses in Hida-Furukawa.
