Oyama's tourism association runs the centre beside Suruga-Oyama Station, with a shower at ¥100, a rest area selling food and souvenirs and a few tools for light repairs. Its rental fleet is all electric, from ¥500 a day for a Panasonic city bike to ¥1,000 for a Corratec or Miyata sports e-bike. The centre opens 8:00–18:00 in summer and 8:00–17:00 in winter.
The centre publishes four routes, from a 13 km loop to neighbouring Ashigara Station up to a 50 km lap of the town that climbs to Fuji Sengen Shrine and Michi-no-Eki Subashiri. Oyama is home to the Fuji Azami Line, which averages 10 per cent and finishes the Tour of Japan's Fujisan stage at Subashiri fifth station. Fuji Speedway, the main venue of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic road races, lies in the same town.
