Tottori held the festival on 10 October 2026 at the Hiezu seaside park near Kaike to celebrate the Uminami Road's designation as a National Cycle Route. The Uminami Ride covered 33.4 km out and back on the Yumigahama course, with aid stations at Yumigahama Park and the Miho Bay lookout, for ¥2,000 or ¥3,000 with a rental e-bike. Stronger riders took the Cycle Carnival's 70 km lap of the Daisen foothills for ¥6,500.
Entry to the ground was free, with a market of local food, test rides on sports bikes and e-bikes and a balance-bike session for children.
